Protective Services is commonly known as law enforcement activity to protect society from domains of high level criminality and terrorism. PSL has the knowledge and capability to support the learning and training required in both domains.
However it proposes to be more inclusive and seeks to support learning and training in two further domains of Community Safety and Intelligence led policing as regards Level 2 and 3 Intelligence and all aspects of Crime Investigations as defined within the National Intelligence Model (NIM). In addition training and coaching in management and leadership are included in the PSL training portfolio.
The PSL associates is a cadre of retired police trainers, specialist lecturers and qualified performance coaches.
We take pride in providing a client orientated service with the aim of establishing long term relationships with all members of PSL. In addition to being appointed as Planning Supervisors on a project by project basis, there is a wealth of experience and specialist knowledge readily available to clients, designers and principal contractors.
